Block Bookings are non-refundable.

Student discount is only applicable to those who can provide a valid Student ID.

Student Counsellor Personal Therapy counts as a Block Booking thus is non-refundable.

Cancellations:
For clients paying per session: 100% of the session fee is chargeable for sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the session. There will be a charge of 50% of the session fee for sessions cancelled 24 to 48 hours before the booked session. This is non-negotiable. For clients who have block booked: Cancellations within 24 hours of the session means that allocated session time will be lost and deducted from the balance of sessions paid for. This is non-negotiable.
